Leadership Communication

This covers the relationship between people skills and management competency by exploring personality types and working relationships.  It establishes the fundamental requirements in the internal operation of an organisation and the people in it.  Primary Outcome:  Enhanced ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate qualities of leadership

Business Knowledge

Studies the external business environment and internal response methodologies across the organisation in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Supply Chain management.

Primary Outcome:  Increased knowledge of effective business models, analytics of potential problems and the ability to respond to business challenges.

WiL-Power: Multiple Days

These are intensive confidence building sessions designed to develop self knowledge, self- awareness and take you to a position of personal strength.  The aim is to propel you to where you want to be or, – to where you don’t yet imagine you will be in the future.

Primary Outcome: Greater empowerment of you as the individual.

Competency & Improvement

Goes further into Supply Chain management by studying approaches to Customer Service and the application of Lean Management in Customer Service, Inventory and Warehouse operations.

Primary Outcome:  Skills in problem analysis and development of competencies to effect cost saving improvements.

Financial Impact

Continues studying Supply Chain Management by analysing Lean efficiencies in Transport Management. This session concludes with guidelines on writing business improvement proposals.

Primary Outcome:  Competency to carry out full analysis of the transport/distribution operation in a company and write proposals for positive financial impact.

Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks prior to your programme.  If you provide TBSP with less than 3 weeks notice or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire programme fee.
